  • Michael Tuccillo
    MBA
Managing Partner of MassMutual Long Island - Suffolk

Prior to joining the Financial Industry, I worked for 10 years in the field of Special Education. My passion for helping others led me to be involved in the financial services field. I never envisioned having the opportunity to lead such a talented team of advisors. Ours is a family culture, and each member shares the same passion-to build financial education and security for our current and future client base. At MassMutual Long Island - Suffolk, continuity is our strength. Our management team has been in place for decades, and our team benefits from their superior knowledge on providing excellent service.

Leveraging more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry, I’m proud to have created a strong culture of achievement in my firm, with a sharp focus on advisor development and client satisfaction. Respect, idea-sharing and “dreaming big” help us all be the best we can be.

I love to see people succeed. It gives me great satisfaction when I can make a difference in people’s lives. Also exhilarating is traveling, learning about different cultures and people, and classical music. Individually and with the firm, my family and I support the Breast Cancer Foundation. As a two-time survivor, my wife provides the inspiration for all of us to fundraise and support local organization events.
